Thought for the day:-
LET IN THE SUNLIGHT OF HOPE
PUSH OPEN THE DOORWAY INTO THE NEW DAY
AND WHEN YOU TAKE A LOOK
WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNED, GIVEN OR RECEIVED
AS TOMORROW WILL IN TURN BE YOUR TODAY
AND THEREFORE YOUR YESTERDAY
Here we are Friday again, with the week passing by in a scurry n a flash.
Scurrying by, the clouds run into nightfall
Meeting the dawn with more rainclouds
Coating the ground with pools of water
Settling here and there
Open toe shoes avoiding their interaction
With the squelch squelch of wet contents
That poke between these little piggys
That poke between these little piggys
Umberellas folding inside out
As the wind whips them from our fingers
That hold tightly to prevent the spray
Reaching underneath to find us
Trying to soak our morale for the day
Inside is warm and smells of coffee brewing
Of tea hot and steaming
Of breakfast or brunch being served
People chatting with one another
It's a throng of sound
A song....a melodic verse
A peep into their theatre production
Drama, crisis, calm, peace
Whereever, whoever, whatever
Sincronised swimming or thrashing about in the deep end
A communal place to indulge
Relieved of daily duties...for just a while

A share for the day:-
Some one said to me today "You look really lovely". It was delightful.....and how special that someone would go out of their way to voclise their thoughts and speak their mind.....bye the way....I'm thankful it was nicey nice though.
Life's not always nicey nice and for a lot it's downright hard, without a horizon of hope or a song to accompany their hearts, it hurts and is painful. How sad that life can deal such an awful pack of cards but there is something in how we look at life. What if we found time to share and empty the burden of our minds from time to time. Refocus and look out for others, to offer a helping hand and sit awhile alongside their journey. Wellbeing is a two way street, to support someone in their road to recovery and in turn realise our own crescent moon of success.
Well me and my new nose piercing bid you a gentle goodbye....just for a while......
I wish you sunshine and love and in hard times the listening ear and welcoming arms of someone who cares enough to share with you.
